The problem
Most young athletes train in crowded rooms with nobody watching their reps. They lift without a plan, skip speed work, and peak at the wrong time — or get hurt chasing numbers.
At Rhino Den, every session is coached. Coach Rob knows each athlete by name, their sport, and what their schedule looks like in March. That's the difference between a gym and a club.
How it works
One standard, scaled to each athlete's age, sport and season.

Speed, acceleration and change of direction coached on our turf lane, every rep watched.

Progressive strength that shows up in the fourth quarter, not just in the weight room.

A room that pushes you — teammates, coaches and a culture that keeps athletes coming back.

Questions
Athletes start as young as 7, on training tracks for middle school, high school, college and adult athletes.
No. Competitive and non-competitive athletes train side by side. The goal is strength for sport and strength for everyday life.
In-season athletes do well with 2–3 sessions per month to hold their gains. Off-season athletes building speed and strength usually train 2–3 times per week on the all-access track.
You are screened for movement quality, taught the warm-up, and coached through a full session at your level. Nothing is thrown at an athlete before they are ready for it.
